Service Description

Advanced Mind Body Spirit Release has the same objective of releasing physical and emotional stress on the body, but does so in a more deep and complex way. With a longer process, I muscle test your body for events, people, places, limiting beliefs, body systems, organs, and other miscellaneous blocks that affect the body's nervous system. Together, we create an intention for your MBSR session that will allow to work on and discover blocks in any area of your life that your body is ready to clear.
